This 90 cm induction hob features 5 induction zones, each with 9 power levels, plus a double booster for even faster cooking performance.
The new TFT display provides clear, step-by-step guidance during operation. The control interface, invisible when inactive and illuminated when in use, combines a discreet, refined aesthetic with a clear and intuitive management of all settings.
The Multi-zone function allows you to combine multiple cooking zones into one larger area, making it possible to use oversized pots, pans, or griddles.
Cooking is made even easier with the six Bertazzoni Assistant programs: “Heating”, “Temperature Holding”, “Water Boiling”, “Pasta”, “Steaming”, and “Frying”. Each zone is equipped with a sensor that constantly monitors the temperature of the cookware and automatically adjusts the power based on the selected program, ensuring perfect results with no effort.
The Pot Moving function automatically transfers the cooking settings from one zone to another when the pot is moved, offering maximum flexibility and convenience.
