The Flammkraft BLOCK D Gen. 5 brings precise heat control and a generous cooking area to an outdoor kitchen. Made in Germany from stainless steel, it combines a dedicated roasting zone with a main grilling area for both direct and indirect cooking. Its infrared burner arrangement lets you sear quickly, cook more gently or use different zones at the same time.
Key features
- 90 × 44 cm main grilling surface with three substantial cast stainless steel grates.
- 16.2 kW total output and an operating temperature range from 75°C to 900°C, depending on the cooking zone.
- OfenDock adds a second cooking level with folding grates and two removable stainless steel containers for baking, roasting, gratinating and keeping food warm.
- Freestanding cabinet with storage and a pull-out drainage system, concealed braked castors and adjustable feet.
- Seven finishes: Deep Umbra, Taupe, Ivory White, Ruby, Light Grey, Pool and Ivory Black.
