Smartcooking

Smart cooking offers a staggering 150 automatic recipes with pre-set parameters. Once you have chosen your dish from the menu, select the weight and the oven will automatically calculate the optimum cooking parameters for you, ensuring outstanding results without the guesswork.

SameTime

The perfect way to have a complete menu in a few simple steps while saving a significant amount of time. The large cavity can accommodate multiple types of food at the same time, which can be cooked without any exchange of odours. The carefully studied thermodynamic flows ensure uniform cooking at every level. The SameTime algorithm calculates the times, cooking functions and all the parameters required for three foods to be ready at the same time.

DeltaT

The oven automatically sets the cavity temperature to a predefined temperature (called deltaT) that is higher than the core temperature detected by the probe. When the probe detects an extra degree at the core, the oven's internal temperature rises by one degree. The oven allows you to select one of three deltaT cooking modes (slow, medium, or fast) and set any desired core temperature. A technological concentration that allows for the production of tender, juicy, healthy products of the highest quality.

Inverter technolgy

Microwaves can be generated continuously and at the desired power level thanks to inverter technology. The constant flow, without on and off cycles, allows you to precisely control the temperature, reduce times, avoid wasting energy and allows you to achieve excellent cooking, defrosting and re-heating results, thanks to the smaller difference between core and surface temperature in food

Stirrer

Active and controlled microwave distribution. The Microwave Stirrer fan evenly distributes the waves within the oven, eliminating the need for a turntable.

Double chimney

The double chimney technology generates a unique airflow inside the cavity, which reduces condensation during microwave cooking.

Multipoint food probe

There are three detection points on the multi-point temperature probe. This means that not only the core temperature but also the temperature in other areas, is detected. To avoid cooking unevenness, the oven will process all of this data.

Soft Close

The ovens have an advanced smooth-closing door function, which allows the device to close smoothly and quietly.
